This refund policy sets the terms and conditions under which you will be eligible for a partial or full refund, along with the process of claiming a refund from Logo Pros USA.

Logo Pros USAs drives every mile needed for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional design solutions. During our experience of several years, we only incurred 1 case of refund and that too settled smoothly.

Our clients vouch for our creative designs, chaos-free service, and quick turnaround time. But we do not deny the possibility of a refund, even when we do our best. For such unfortunate situations, we have a transparent refund policy for her customers.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund

We will ensure that it does not get to that. But in case of the following situations, you are eligible for a refund from Logo Pros USA:
• In case of failure to produce 100% original designs by Logo Pros USA
• In case of failure to deliver the project within the set timeline

Please note that once you have approved the designs, you will not be eligible for a refund for reasons such as unsatisfactory work.

Change of mind does not qualify for a partial or full refund. You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to provide the complete information needed for the successful delivery of the project which can result in delays.

Process for Initiating a Refund

• Step 1: Please send us an email at support@logoprosusa.com to initiate a refund. Share in detail the reasons for the request, along with all relevant screenshots.
• Step 2: Our team will review your application. This can take 3-5 business days. We will send you an acknowledgment email when your refund request is received.
• Step 3: Our customer support team will get in touch with you for more information if needed.
• Step 4: You will receive an email from Logo Pros USA about the status of your request.
• Step 5: If your request is approved, you will receive a refund within 90 days.
